Challenge
Cherry Health, an FQHC with 21 locations, had a new finance system that wasn’t built for procurement, so every order was entered twice. Many requests also started on paper and were keyed in by hand.
Solution
After comparing three vendors, the Director of Procurement chose Hybrent. Cherry Health went live organization-wide in February 2024. Punchout lets staff at every site shop supplier websites from inside Hybrent.
Results
Paper requests and double entry are gone, so a retiring procurement manager’s role didn’t need to be filled. Hybrent’s reporting tracks small and disadvantaged business spending for federal compliance, and staff say the system is easy to use.
